Our History
Accurate Gear and Machine, Inc. was founded in 1997 with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality, precision-machined parts with speed, consistency, and reliability. What began as a small shop serving a handful of customers has grown into a globally connected manufacturing operation serving industries across North America and beyond.
Operating out of a 75,000 square foot facility in Waterloo, Iowa, our shop is equipped with top-tier CNC machines and tooling that allow us to handle everything from high-volume production runs to complex, one-off components. We serve a wide variety of industries—including food processing, oil and gas, agriculture, robotics, automation, industrial machinery, and custom automotive.Whether we’re working from detailed customer-provided blueprints or reverse engineering from a sample part, our team delivers precise, consistent results with fast lead times and dependable quality.
